  • Toxic mindset: Everything you do must be scalable and easily replicable.

But that's not how you can be an artist.
At most an engineer and a businessman, but a low-class one.

Fck scale, make money first then build a scalable system.

And of course... don't forget about beer, people, needs... You can make money (or even art!) but destroy the context and then what?! Yes, you'll cry in a lambo or worse, lose all playing alone at a casino.

Eliminated pathological scaling from my life and it feels so good to get passion instead of scaling. Finally my burgers and beef taste well. No more doing things in a rush to scale them, I don't automate much - even making simple graphics feels good - don't have to drag myself...
You can play affiliate marketing by lifetime value of the whole operation. Not CLV. Just... how much money in your whole life this will make you.
Sounds crazy? I think it's less crazy than thinking of affiliate marketing with "on per hour, day, month" basis.

Wrap the "ugly" task of coding in a "beautiful" environment, it takes the edge off the cortisol.

We can do it! Serotonin I'm coming!
Light a candle, code in physical notepad (maybe purple or pink one) and put on ambient music + 10/10 clothes.

I write code on my phone without AI. Funny. :) It's how I can do this even after beers. But I write code only sometimes, when there's real need. Love it. 🍀

Same thing applies to affiliate marketing as to other things. Your experience might be not enough until you hit 2 or 3 decades of doing different things. Stay in the business. Don't stop because you don't know what you're doing.

I haven't seen a therapeutic course for people aiming for $100k / year jobs.

What if they fail? Exactly, that's where my course will help. I failed at it myself and learned... better find something else because those $100k jobs aren't stable at all.

You post crap and? You get thousands of views. It's all equal. It doesn't matter who you are.

10 years ago you had to try hard to get 1000 views. These days it's so easy! Just start making silly videos! Get addicted and enjoy.

China is different system than USA.
But when they join forces we get... TikTok or YouTube.

You get it. Rules on TikTok are like in China. Everyone is equal. Everyone has to obey rules and upload from damn iPhones or GTFO.

On YouTube? It's like in the USA. Everyone can do whatever they wish as long as they hide their identity. ;)

    Hahaha.

The biggest nightmare of a CEO running YouTube channels?

There are websites listing 1000s of jobs.
A freelancer picks a job and simply delivers.
It's not one person, so they don't fail.
    Example Rapidworkers website.
Just don't let some scammer take the job!
    Good drive. No paranoia.
    Path becomes clear.
My YouTube channel is gonna be streaming Roblox and rambling on programming languages as bedtime stories.

All multiniche. Learn through fun. Earn through fun.

We gonna advertise bullshit products as well and find true use cases other channels don't have. Haha.

Literal trolls make 100s of thousands annually. Money is not aim of my company though. The aim is to provide entertainment, extreme visuals, tons of content in all niches that increases happiness. No stupid "one niche" narrow vision.

    Faceless? Bullcrap.
There are 2 alternatives to faceless:
    - talking avatar, cam replacement following your movement,
    - using makeup and wigs and glasses.

Now you don't have to hide! Boom! You're physically secured!

My voice is a little bit unusual. Maybe AI can improve that as well in production.

My company has invented new format called megaslop which is... taking a big number of articles and making a big video describing all of them in shortcut without losing value. It saves a lot of time and lets someone like me - a CEO of 0 employee company - understand what's going on in a given domain, saving up to 10 hours a day.

Omg, why in Poland the only thing people talk about with regards to money is IT?!

Small country, maybe 10m people able to perform well... the rest are kids, too old or disabled...

I don't get it still. To me it felt like the only choice was to be... a cashier or IT guy working among boring IT guys.

People never talked business... true opportunities... etc...

Fast money, quick riches, but nothing in brain. :D

There's something about that first big gig... you just can't stop working! Endless motivation for 3 years.

But what about next? And yet another?

You need a system that works when you're really slow and tired. ;)

Actually IT has a lot in common with McDonald's. Writing this code is like assembling fast food - exciting in the beginning, but once you feel the endless grind... you want to give up.

You can't fix someone's bad decisions even if you know how to. It's so bad for someone who knows more than assembly of fast food. Probably undoable actually.

Consciousnesses is not a toy! Once you expand it, it's harder.
Maybe in digital and artificial world it's a good idea to start with artificial and digital products. So easy to get high margin. Maybe good targeting is enough to run a low effort operation.

    Why low effort?

Almost everyone could get a lot of money if they worked day and night with correct mindset, but what is this... high effort and if you stop working, it's dead... so I don't think it's that good.

Working hard in digital world when there is AI and automation - what the hell are we smoking?

Don't jump from physical to digital products. Just one thing. Otherwise, it's too much. I got 10 businesses on my mind, all in different categories - this is 8 too much.

I can have one black hat, one white hat, but let's be real - if one is digital and another is physical, we're creating a lot of friction here.

I know there are some really hard working people on this forum, but that's not me. :P

From my experience, working hard in a setting where hard work doesn't produce better outcomes is HARMFUL!

I think YouTube updated their spam policy because of AI. Well, it's the end of funny niches where you could just reupload content or make 10 seconds videos...

Now you need to find something... long term. Great opportunity to start first white hat project.

Two years ago I added 150 videos per channel, about 100 channels. So in total 15k videos. Today it's hard to add 10 videos of that quality per channel without takedown. Those videos were utter shit. I was inactive later. Doing it again, it's changed a lot. 😂 Last two years they updated TOS a lot I believe as vision AI models and Gen AI have progressed.
