Any way to have privacy from surveillance pricing?

I have been reading about surveillance pricing which companies are calling data driven pricing in stores.

I hear it's already becoming a thing and I want to avoid it as much as possible. They say if you buy something often that the prices will be raised because you're willing to pay more.

Does anyone know how avoiding this can be done?

I think it's too early to tell bud. They could be using phones to track and determine pricing would be my guess, so leave your phone in the car?

find a new place to settle down on.
or
just dont use things that track youself, pay with cash, no loyalty cards, use multiple loyalty card
pay the cashier, and demand why shit changes price when scanned vs shelved

so how does that hide how old your OS is, your hardware, browser version and date and so on there's so many factors to price adjustments thinking a VPN solves it, it does not.
