You can sure as shit believe Ford put something in place that the AI can train or learn from them and then they get binned again.

Ford offers some really good redundancy packages mind! Bet they had a good pay off and then to come back more than a few will be loaded. Not sure id go back out of spite mind.

As someone replaced by software/A.I. back in December of 2025: A former co-worker and even a few former clients of the company reached out to me to tell me they miss speaking with me on the phone and the quick assistance they were given when I held my position.

I understand efficiency but, people also want to interact with people, and not a machine.

I replaced it with tulpa type of thing. i made up people in my head. It's crazy, but you can hug fictional characters in your mind. This world is too much for me. So many weird rules. It's not intuitive at all. Engineers fcked up dating and more.

And I'm telling you, fictive friends are better than AI. Weird as fck.
