Home draft kegs

Probably all seen them you know the home draft kegs system you can pour larger or beers at home

Does anyone know of a brand that lets you do ales like specific a cream flow type beer so it's gased?

I'm not after beer as in larger I want beer as in ale.

It's so I can gift one and a few kegs to a friend.

Ideally a brand you can get in UK.

No doesn't matter like upto £500ish and whatever the difference is made up in holiday money as he goes away 4 times a year

You ain`t getting a local brewery for that amount, be a pall, go all in.
