I HATE RTO

I work part-of-the-time from home and then the other part from the office, and i fudging hate when theyre all like "lets all return to the office it's better there we need to team build blahblahblahblah"!!!!!

Just wanna stay home and work know what I mean? Anyone else feel like this?

I personally prefer WAH/WFH over B&M
But I also do like the experience of RTO (for a day or half day) every now and then (at my own discretion & initiative).
