Locking a feedback thread with a mod response seems "shit"

I think lock after 7 days if you cant resolve / implement / fix

Is fine as i guess that's fair. But I've had two locked on me now for "computer days no" despite having the issue.

I feel like I or we get locked out of a discussion and the result is "tough"

I can see both sides. On the one hand, you want to let people keep discussing things. But on the other hand, what is there to discuss if the staff have already said they can’t do it?
