Good question.

I still eat raw sometimes but I don't wanna spam raw meat pictures here really.

Although funnily enough the only time I got ill was when I ate raw cheap Aldi farmed salmon for a livestream.

I was yapping with a decently sized carnivore YouTuber and he said my symptoms matched a histamine reaction.

He asked me if I wanted to go on his podcast but weirdly I was like social anxiety go brrrrrrr.
