Have you thought as well about just creating your own? Stage a few things with a camera and just film and make gifs or take photos of some staged props etc?
Some off the top of my head.
Eject a disc out of a console, put it in the case and throw it out the window. Something to target gammers something people might relate to about frustration etc.
Cooking ones would be easy to do. I filmed me from 1st person about to chop a pepper and then I end up hitting it away with a knife. It was to take the piss out of a friends partner because they phone a take away and ask for no veg with any of the meals all the time.
I think if you add some of your own "stock memes" to a mix you have the chance to get explosive growth quickly and would only take 1.
Id then spend a few hours surfing popular reddit groups, take part and post there and every few posts instead of typing just post in your "new meme" for a link back to Pinterest but also as a chance to get it exposed a little.
The same with social use a X account for your site to post a meme on hot topics.
