I just dealt with a nightmare with my web host. The site went down and so I messaged the support, but it took them 12 hours to get back to me. What do they get back to me with? A question asking me for more details about when the site went down! Aren’t they supposed to know that? Don’t they have logs for this sort of thing?
I responded back and they managed to get the site back online but it’s just like WHY did it take so long? AM I expecting too much here?
