🆕Update The Media & Entertainment Section

I've been reading all of your feedback about The Saloon feeling like it's dominating most of the discussions.

@t2van in particular mentioned there are too many prefix and not enough actual categories. After looking things over, I realised we could actually create a new category and move some of the prefixes from The Saloon into this new "Media & Entertainment" category.

I put this under the "Support & Utility" category and my rationale for this can be found in the new sections description: "It's important to keep yourself entertained whilst working! Use this section to discuss books, games, entertainment, and other media you enjoy."

This is just something we'll try out. After all, worst comes to worst, it's not a difficult thing to revert.

Threads with the following prefixes from The Saloon have been moved to the new section and disabled in the public Saloon:

• Books
• Sports
• Gaming
• Movies & Shows
• Music

I'm also going through The Saloon and moving misplaced threads to the correct section again. We have a lot of misplaced threads in there still, which isn't helping the problem of the forum just feeling like a Saloon.
