People confuse it with a business model.
It's a delivery method.
One characteristic of it is sky-high customer acquisition costs and massive churn rates.

It's extremely hard to generate cash flow with it. Customer retention is crazy hard to maintain.
Shipping features is painful as f compared to other delivery methods. In other methods you don't need features at all.
