What’s a small habit that genuinely improved your life?

I regularly watch our "Digital Wellbeing" on my Phone, as this habit help to reduce my screen time. It's helpful to do our work stress-free.

a small habit is attending a dance class made me more social and disciplined to to persist on things apart from work .

Did that many years back to be honest.
@Rem Same here.. it's like "kuch tou logg kahengey.. loggo ka kaam hai kehna" not so many years back but recently I stop thinking what people think about you.. now I am free what I have to do.. i do.. if they have issues, there's problem not mine.

@Champagne even i am doing the same thing.. cleaning bed after all wake up. Drinking warm water.. from last month I started exercises on a daily basis.. due to cervical pain.

There's very little importance in having a huge post count in such a small community, and the harm outweighs the benefit.

Well i didn't see that it's 3 months old post.. Just saw post on daily routine and read all the comments, so just replied them..
If you think that it can't be countable.. remove that much of post counting.. No issues. Either close the thread so no one can reply on them.

As is prescribed by the Pali Canon. Mastering Shamatha and Vipassana. This certainly changed my life. In many ways.
