Employees who underperform.
Replace them with freelancers.
They never get sick, never get paid per hour... and they deliver, unlike those employees who always complain...

I bought "The One Thing" bestseller book.

Now my company Coggivilierelymeowiaryvviary.com (short name Coggivy) has to rewrite it for easy reading, absorption and real examples of application of knowledge.

200 pages of text I barely understand because English isn't my first language. I'll learn a lot of new words.
