We all know how keyword stuffing was the GOAT back in the day. Easiest way to rank content before Google and all the other search engines got strict af pretending to clean up the web when all they really wanted to do was control and serve more ads. Whatever.

But anyway I was chatting with some people on Discord and they were talking about how they still stuff keywords. Didn't know anybody still does this since Google started penalizing pretty heavily for it over a decade ago.

Nope these guys are swearing on their mother's grave that it not only still works but gets results. I asked them for their analytics data and some example and they provided so I'm a bit surprised.

Figured it might still work in some niches and they're getting lucky. IDK anyone have any thoughts on this?

In addition to social media sites like Reddit, you might be able to get away with it on web 2.0s like Wordpress.com sites as well.
Thanks to the ability to generate hundreds of articles at a time with ai, creating these web 2.0s can be a doddle.

I bought in the past exact match quite a popular term because of that it ranks many competitive or semi competitive without me doing much work for EMD so I am sure you could for example if you had domain say"buytwoferrets.com" someone typing that into Google would find your site fairly likely by a little work offpage.

If you mean the idea from the past of like say you selling phones for example buy Iphone10 Iphone10,Iphone all other sort of words stuffed into then probably not unless you target a part of Google with less tight conditions than Western rules of the search engines.

So Reddit does still work well with keyword stuffing in the content. However, I've found that in my testing, it's actually performed better when the comment section is stuffed with keywords.

This of course needs you to have access to all of the accounts which can pose it's own problems if you don't use decent proxies/browser/VPN
