I saw something in the past previously saying membership will need require stars? is that still something applicable?

I believe it will be expanded, at least that's what our conversations headed towards last time we brought it up
I do believe sapphire membership requires 2stars & at some point it will increase as the forum grows, since it does naturally get easier to get stars when the forum has more activity.
I do personally want it to be increased more than 8, (i thought it was 10).
but then again, i'm only at 5 so still a long way to 8 anyhows, probably when someone gets close like 7 or so.

I actually switched Sapphire to use the trophy system just so it’s easier to explain to members. The star correlation is still there, though.

But yeah, we can actually expand the star system even more. You can 5 visible stars on your profile, and the next “star” results in a colour change. What’s cool about the colour change system is that we can just add new colours and variations of stars as we add more trophies.

As for the point, it’s mostly just for fun, but technically tied to a few benefits like Sapphire and Platinum.
