Not as much as their used to be, but at the same time there never really was any true job security...
What do you guys think?

Of course it's a joke. I don't have a job.Yes, for jobs not exceeding $10k in annual payments. Higher? If I want to be higher, I can maybe drink alcohol or do drugs.
I am an employer with schizo. Why would anyone trust me just because I can employ people. They're stupid?!Idk why people suggest getting a job as a stable predictable thing, your employer can get bankrupt too and it takes 10x longer to get a job than to get a client
Or they can replace you with AI and lie to your face about it being about your “job performance”.Idk why people suggest getting a job as a stable predictable thing, your employer can get bankrupt too and it takes 10x longer to get a job than to get a client
Working with dishonest people? What kind of ambition is that to just survive by being dishonest from those who let you go. Pathetic?!Or they can replace you with AI and lie to your face about it being about your “job performance”.

Probably depends a lot on what country you live and work in as of job laws.
Depends on the job?Idk why people suggest getting a job as a stable predictable thing, your employer can get bankrupt too and it takes 10x longer to get a job than to get a client
I mean, jobs are so fuckin great in Poland that most 9 to 5ers went to Germany and UK to get a job so yeahSorry just quoted interesting replies....
I think there is. Depends what you want and what thst offers you.
Security is a loose term vs long term security that's a different topic if you ask me.
Based on the question... Yes. There is job security l.
Yes, if you were born rich and healthy. Was there ever job security?
I found few good affiliates here in Poland.I mean, jobs are so fuckin great in Poland that most 9 to 5ers went to Germany and UK to get a job so yeah. @Dopious has a point. Really a lot of poles that are still in Poland do full time small business instead because it's all kinda pointless.
cynical workplace doesn't get to decide if your life has value!!i mean
at that point
dont bother working
nothing is for granted.
not by a employee or a employer
maybe life isn't working living afterall.
Yeah idk probably Allegro is a good employer, it seems their employees were very spoiled and basically fulltime remote for years, before it was fashionable. No remote anymore though. I got banned there as a seller but wrote to support, they were very friendly, explained the rules and unbanned me and also banned a competitor when I asked why he has a listing like that while I can'tYes, if you were born rich and healthy. They want your equity... they want you, angel investor!

I found few good affiliates here in Poland. But freelancing here was deadend if you don't know how to sell. If you know how to sell, maybe you can work for BMW and sell dangerous machines on 4 wheels.
Sales make good money in Poland.
Being a freelancer without continuous work on someone's project lowkey sucks. 1 time bespoke gigs are pointless unless you have a team of people who can do the job for serious businessmen.Yeah idk probably Allegro is a good employer, it seems their employees were very spoiled and basically fulltime remote for years, before it was fashionable. This would never happen ie on Youtube, you're banned for life and that's it.
Freelancing... Just opened FB a moment ago and some small business paid 100 pln for a website and they were supposed to pay remaining 1000 or 900 idk, didn't want to do that so freelancer told them to pay 500 at least, they made him into a complete scammer publicly in a post and someone posted mass bad reviews on his FB and TrustPilot and wrote about him supposedly being a scammer to his university, someone else suggested visiting him and breaking his legs. Idk, I got demotivated for working today.
No bruh I get referrals sometimes and recurring too but I often block people because I can't fuckin stand them so there's that. I don't care about continuous job-like work, actually. I just like being near traffic / lead gen in different niches so I have more data on which businesses work and which don't so I can later make my own instead of being their freelancer. Working for them is not my goal lol. Also I do resell some stuff from whitelabel agencies and other freelancers and do some things that are easier for me by myself (ads, landing pages, audits).Being a freelancer without continuous work on someone's project lowkey sucks. 1 time bespoke gigs are pointless unless you have a team of people who can do the job for serious businessmen.
I ain't gonna replace AI. AI should do those easy things and people can focus on orchestration.
Retarded people build small businesses. I know from my own experience.Well. Took a nap, sent more outreach when I woke up. Some offers sound kida normal, some posts are like... Entrepreneur is impressed by how many replies he received from freelancers but he meant he'll pay commission only and is shocked that people want upfront payments for making a whole marketing funnel with pages and ads setup. Bruh for % I can just do my own project (like I work on now) and keep 100% after costs lol and at least I know I'll pay myself, what if that dude never pays out. So yeah, typical polish freelancer's day be like. Like, you know, commission payments in themselves aren't bad but these people are so unwilling to pay that I don't trust that I'll see the money. With affiliate network I can check on forums if they pay affiliates or stopped paying, with some random guy I have no idea. And at my level of expertise even if I'm terrified and struggle now I know enough to get my own thing going so for me it's worthless that he does the delivery, I can do that and keep 100% eh, no need to promote affiliate offers even. It *is* more complicated though.
It wasn't about you, but that person who got paid little. No bruh I get referrals sometimes and recurring too but I often block people because I can't fuckin stand them so there's that.
