Computing New Wi-Fi internet speed at home

How is everyone getting such fast internet speeds? The fastest residential speeds in my area are only around 300mbps...
That was the case here until a small company decided to wire up a few local towns for full fibre. Basically, we got lucky. I am in the UK and have had this internet for a few years now.

Small ISPs are the best... That's what I used in Poland, not available in Lanka, though 😂

Maybe it is a UK thing. Every property I've lived at has had shitty net speeds on Sundays and Bank Holidays. This is my experience in towns and cities, anyway.
It is most places unless you live in big city the speeds you normally get pretty bad speed overall.

If I go for example I go Glasgow, my internet speed on my phone is actually faster than my broadband is by quite a lot.
