Feature Karma System On Office Outlaw

Think of this way: if you contribute and engage on the forum, you gain karma easily. However, when you consume (i.e., download attachments) or cause issues (i.e., warnings), you lose karma.
What's this?

That’s partly outdated. Downloading attachments doesn’t cause a reduction in karma as I removed that feature months ago, but getting notices still does. I’ll update that right now.

This has been updated based on a suggestion by @roydan.

Different reactions give more of less Karma, depending on the reaction type.

Just a quick question , How I can check Karma transactions .

from which activity I gained and spend karma points.

@Zwielicht can this be implemented , like if any user wants to know how many Karma points he/she earned or spent and on which activity or it will be too complicated .

For an example when I click on transactions it showing like this

But I want to know which activity brings me Karma points and which activity spends those.

From what I remember, that was originally disabled because members found the alerts annoying. The alerts would still be annoying and will remain disabled, but I could always enable just the logs in the transaction.

I'll look it over in a bit and get back to you about that.

Yes , that will be great . You can disable the notifications . But enable the transactions so that we can check.
I added a bit more to that transaction log.

I made it so that transactions for "special events" such as trophies show up there, but not Karma received for something common like reactions. Otherwise, the transaction log would be overloaded.

We'll see how this goes over time.

We've added a few more transaction types to the transaction log for Karma. Before, it just showed donations, but now it shows karma earned for "special events" such as receiving trophies and stars. It should give a little more purpose to that page.
