That begs the question, (discarding all oils unobtained through cold pressed), is it betrer to use a light oil such as olive/coconut that have a lower burn point than tallow or pork grease, and have the risk of transforming it in cancerigen shit than go with the high colestherol from tallow/pork?totally an artery killer
